A Quick Note Before You Read
Legal pages are usually written for lawyers. This one isn't.
We've kept everything that needs to be here — the legal protections, your rights, our responsibilities — but written it so a real person can actually read it. If something isn't clear, you can always reach us on our Contact page and we'll explain it in plain English.
By using our website or buying from us, you're agreeing to these terms. Nothing buried, nothing tricky.
Who We Are
We're Drema Tech. When we say "we," "us," or "our" throughout this page, that's who we mean. Our store is powered by Shopify, which handles a lot of the technical infrastructure behind the scenes — but any purchase you make is directly with us, not with Shopify.
Section 1 — Using Our Store
To buy from us, you'll need to be of legal age in your country. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure — don't share your login with anyone else, and let us know immediately if you think something's wrong.
When you give us your name, address, payment details, and email — you're confirming they're accurate. We need that information to get your order to you and to stay in touch if something needs resolving.
Section 2 — Our Products
We do our best to show you exactly what you're getting — with accurate descriptions, real product images, and honest copy about what the device does and doesn't do.
That said, colours and product appearance can look slightly different depending on your screen and settings. We're not able to guarantee what you see on your device is a perfect match to what arrives.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. We'll always try to be upfront about anything significant.
Section 3 — Placing an Order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when your payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Until then, no order has been placed.
Please double-check your order before submitting — especially your delivery address. Once an order is accepted and in processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
If for any reason we need to decline or change your order, we'll contact you at the email or address you provided.
Section 4 — Prices and Payment
The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order — confirmed in your order email. Prices can change without notice, but any change won't affect an order you've already placed.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.
We may run promotions or discount codes from time to time. These have their own terms and those terms apply in the event of any conflict.
By purchasing, you confirm that your payment details are accurate and that you're authorised to use them.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We despatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after that are estimates — we use reliable carriers, but once your parcel is with them, transit is outside our direct control.
If something goes wrong in transit, get in touch. We'll always do our best to sort it — even though legally, risk passes to you once we hand it to the carrier.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the copy, the images, the brand, the product names, the design — belongs to Drema Tech or our licensed suppliers. You can browse and use the site for personal purposes, but you can't copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Drema Tech and any associated product names are our branding. Please don't use them without asking first.
Section 7 — Third-Party Tools
We use some third-party tools to run the store — things like payment processors and shipping integrations. We don't control these tools directly and can't be held responsible for how they perform. If something goes wrong with a third-party service, their own terms apply.
Section 8 — External Links
If our site links to another website, that's for your convenience — we're not endorsing or responsible for what's on those sites. Click through at your own discretion, and always check the terms and policies of any third-party site before making a purchase.
Section 9 — Our Relationship With Shopify
Drema Tech runs on Shopify's platform. Shopify makes our store work, but they are not a party to any sale between you and us. Any purchase is directly with Drema Tech — Shopify isn't responsible for products, delivery, or any claim arising from your order.
Section 10 — Your Privacy
We take your data seriously. You can read exactly how we collect and use your personal information in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes some data as part of running the platform.
We don't sell your data. We use it to process your order, contact you if something needs sorting, and improve your experience with us.
Section 11 — Leaving Us a Review or Feedback
If you send us feedback, a review, or a suggestion — thank you. Genuinely. We use customer feedback to improve what we do.
By submitting feedback, you give us permission to use it (in reviews, on the site, in marketing). We won't pay for feedback and we're not obligated to act on it. Please make sure anything you submit is your own and doesn't breach anyone else's rights.
Section 12 — If We Make a Mistake
If there's an error on our site — a wrong price, a typo, an incorrect product description — we reserve the right to correct it. We'll always try to notify you if it affects your order before it ships.
Section 13 — What You Can't Do
Our store is for personal use. Please don't use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or dishonest — that includes scraping our content, impersonating someone, spamming, or attempting to bypass any of our security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Section 14 — Automated Agents and Bots
If you use any automated software or AI agent to interact with our store, it must clearly identify itself in every request — including the agent's name. Agents cannot mimic human behaviour, bypass security checks, or hide the fact that they're automated. We may block or restrict access to any agent that doesn't comply.
Section 15 — If We Need to End This
We can suspend or end your access to the store at any time if these terms are breached. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and your obligations survive any termination.
Section 16 — What We Can and Can't Guarantee
We're honest about what our product does — and doesn't do. The same honesty applies here. Our store and its contents are provided as-is. We don't make implied warranties about fitness for a specific purpose or uninterrupted service beyond what's explicitly stated.
In plain terms: we stand behind our product and our 60-day guarantee. But we can't guarantee that every device will work identically in every home — and we've said that clearly throughout our site.
Section 17 — Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Drema Tech isn't liable for indirect losses — things like lost time, lost profits, or consequential damage arising from use of our products or site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.
Section 18 — Your Responsibilities
If a third-party makes a claim against us because of something you did — a breach of these terms, a violation of someone else's rights — you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with that claim.
Sections 19–23 — The Legal Housekeeping
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are the whole agreement between us — they replace anything said previously. We're based in [jurisdiction] and these terms are governed by the laws there. Headings are for navigation only and don't affect interpretation.
Section 24 — When These Terms Change
We'll update this page if our terms change in a meaningful way. We'll notify you of any significant changes. Continuing to use the store after changes are posted means you accept them.

Notes on approach:
The legal substance is fully preserved across all 24 sections — nothing removed, nothing legally weakened. What's changed is the register: every "you represent and warrant" has been translated into plain English, every passive-voice disclaimer has been made direct and human. The brand voice carries through consistently — calm, honest, non-corporate, the same voice that tells a customer "we'd rather tell you that upfront" on the Contact page and "watch your pet for 48 hours" on the product page.
