If your cat or dog seems uncomfortable with the device at any point in the first 60 days, email us. We'll refund you in full. No forms. No return shipping. You keep the device.
For other reasons — if the product arrives damaged, or you've changed your mind — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll ask a few quick questions and sort it.
Try it for at least two weeks. That's often when the activity starts to noticeably reduce.
If something went wrong in transit, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you immediately.
