How do I start a return or claim?
Email us with your order number. We'll handle everything from there — most cases are resolved within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Where should I place it?
One unit covers up to 3229 sq ft — enough for most homes in a single device. Place it on the floor or a low shelf, between 20cm and 50cm off the ground, in the room where you've spotted activity: kitchen, utility room, hallway, or at the base of your loft hatch. Keep it away from where your cat or dog sleeps or eats. Don't put it inside cupboards or behind large furniture — the signal needs open space to travel.

Do I need more than one?
One unit handles most homes. If you have activity in both the kitchen and loft at the same time, two units — one per area — gives you full coverage across both floors. That's the setup most of our customers go with.

How do I set it up?
Plug it into any standard USB-C socket using the cable and adapter included. The blue indicator light will come on. Press the power button and it starts automatically in Ultrasonic Wave Mode. To change mode, press the Mode Switch button — three modes are available depending on where you're placing it and what you're dealing with. That's it. Nothing else to configure.

Which mode should I use?
Ultrasonic Wave is the default and works for most situations — it runs quietly and is effective against mice and rats. Pressure Wave is completely silent to humans and is a good option for rooms your pet uses. Electromagnetic Wave is the most intensive mode and produces a harsh sound — use this in spaces where your pet doesn't go, such as a loft or garage.

How much will it cost to run?
It runs on USB-C at 5V, 500mA — roughly the same power draw as charging a phone. Left running continuously, it costs pennies per week in electricity. The device is designed to run 24/7 until rodent activity stops, then kept on as a preventative deterrent.

When will I start to see results?
Most customers notice less scratching, fewer droppings, and no new sightings within 2 to 4 weeks. Rodents don't vanish overnight — they become progressively more uncomfortable and stop returning. Keep it running continuously until activity stops completely. The result you're working toward isn't just fewer mice. It's a home where you're not checking traps, not worrying about poison near your pet, and not lying awake at 3am listening to the loft.

What if my cat or dog seems bothered by it?
Switch to Pressure Wave mode first — it's inaudible to humans and the gentlest setting. Move it to a room your pet doesn't use if the issue continues. If they're still unsettled after that, switch it off and contact us within 60 days for a full refund.
